After your installation team is done installing your solar system, a registration mail should automatically be send to the mailadres of the home owner. Â If they did not receive an email, please double check if the mail adres is correctly entered in the system.
If the mail is correct but the mail still did not arrive, please send an email to: support@taylor.solar.
If your customer did receive the email, but they still have trouble logging in, have them try the "reset password" option in the page "dashboard.taylor.solar", to set a new password.
