What to do if my system is stuck on “connecting to gateway” during onboarding?

Check if the gateway is turned on and that only a single DC cable per string is running through the gateway. If the issue persists, (1) try turning the gateway off,  (2) select “install” in the taylor.installer app and (3) turn the gateway back on.
