As taylor grows and we keep developing more software applications we are in need to expand our software development team. The applications that we make are becoming more and more complex and as taylor’s market presence grows the development workload increases. To aid the existing software team we are looking for a backend developer.
Taylor runs a cloud backend and API on Microsoft Azure using .NET. The data is stored in an Azure CosmoDB database and Influx database for the timeseries data. The API is used by two Xamarin based applications (Desktop and both iOS and Android) and a web dashboard (.NET based). As a backend software engineer you shall mainly be working on the database, backend API and backend runner software. If you have experience with other components as well so you can help out your software teammates that is an advantage.

We are looking for a person with experience in backend software development, and who is energized by the dynamics of a young growing company. Somebody who is hands-on and able to cope with the large flexibility that comes with a start-up. You need to work well in a team and be able to plan and organize your own work.

We also expect you to be able to work independently and provide feedback to the company and your colleagues about general improvements.
