Shade or soiling, such as leaves or bird droppings, on one part of a solar panel can block the current of your entire system. That is why micro-inverters or optimizers are often used: they limit the blockage to a single panel. Taylor panels with Nano Optimizers do it smarter. They optimize per one-sixth of a panel, so only a small section is affected.* Field measurements from our case study with TU Delft show up to 20% extra yield in situations with self-shading and tree shading.

Every Taylor panel comes with Advanced Insight. Cell string level data gives you real-time diagnostics, so you see which part of which panel is underperforming instead of guessing at the system as a whole.

Safety is monitored continuously. Taylor panels use no bypass diodes and half as many connectors as a conventional system, which lowers the risk of fire.
